Kathryn Lockett

Brief Biography:

Kathryn is a Senior Social Development Consultant with 20 years’ experience of promoting the rights of women and girls, integrating gender into programming, and tackling Sexual and Gender Based Violence in development, fragile and conflict settings. Kathryn has worked with grassroots NGOs, INGOs, government (including DFID and the SU) and multilaterals to provide technical advice, support capacity building, train staff and to review, develop and assess new policies and innovative programmes to promote gender equality. Her international development career began in central Asia and she has since worked extensively in South and Central Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.
